By simulating the natural fermentation process and conducting a sampling study and analysis of 201 different bacterial colonies, 634 high-throughput testing experiments were carried out to identify the Bacillus NT-9 strain. This strain achieved the gentle degradation of high-molecular-weight proteins, containing 14 types of amino acids, 424 types of polypeptides, and 413 types of small molecule Active Ingredients, etc., which are skin-level nutritional components.
