Dr. Shi Haining holds a Ph.D. from McGill University (Canada) and completed postdoctoral research at Harvard University. He is a researcher at the Mucosal Immunology and Biology Research Center, Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH), Harvard University, and served as Deputy Director and Director of the Genomics and Cell Biology Core at the Harvard University Nutrition Obesity Research Center. He is also a professor at the University of Massachusetts.

Dr. Shi’s research focuses on intestinal immune homeostasis and metabolic axis mechanisms, including: (1) regulation of infection-immune tolerance; (2) communication between microbiota and immune development; (3) translational applications of metabolic-immune interactions in chronic inflammatory diseases; and (4) mechanisms of maternal and infant immune imprinting. He has published over 100 papers in internationally renowned journals including J Immunol, Mucosal Immunol, Science, Nature, Cell, Nature Medicine, J Exp Med, Gastroenterology, and Gut Microbes. He has served as a reviewer or editor for several international journals and as an expert reviewer for the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Broad Medical Research Program, and Charles H. Hood Foundation.

Dr. Shi joined Bloomage Biotech in September 2023 and currently serves as Chief Scientist of Nutritional Science and General Manager of the Nutritional Innovation Research Center.

Dr. Wang holds a Ph.D. in Biological Science from the Life Sciences Department, Tsinghua University. From July 2013 to February 2017, she worked as an assistant researcher at the Institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and served as Director of the Biotechnology Excellence Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences-World Academy for the Development of Sciences (WADS). From March 2017 to March 2021, she served as a senior researcher at the Industrial Research Department of Bloomage Biotech Fortune Industry Research Institute. She joined Bloomage Biotech in March 2021 and currently serves as General Manager of the Raw Materials R&D Center, overseeing raw material R&D management, including synthetic biology R&D platforms, microbial fermentation and purification platforms, efficacy mechanism and application R&D platforms, and innovative chemical modification platforms.

Dr. Liu holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Tsinghua University and is a winner of the First Prize of the Natural Science Award of the Ministry of Education. He has applied for over 60 domestic and foreign invention patents and published more than 10 international SCI papers. From 2010 to 2021, he served as a senior scientist and technical leader at the Asian R&D Center of Procter & Gamble in the United States. He joined Bloomage Biotech in January 2021 and currently serves as President of the Innovation Research Institute, responsible for the development of new delivery technologies, the expansion of new application fields for active ingredients, and the innovation of new service models.

Dr. Zhou holds a Ph.D. in Microbiology from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and is a senior engineer and provincial-level industry leader. From 2014 to 2020, he served as a researcher at the Tianjin Institute of Industrial Biotechnology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He joined Bloomage Biotech in September 2020 and currently serves as a senior expert in raw material R&D, focusing on key technologies in synthetic biology. By designing and constructing artificial biological systems, he disrupts traditional production processes and promotes the development and industrial application of green manufacturing technologies for functional proteins, peptides, and bioactive ingredients.

Dr. Tao holds a Ph.D. from the Microbiology Department, Institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. From December 2014 to January 2022, she worked at Novozymes (China) Investment Co., Ltd., serving as Manager of the Global Home Care & Appliance Cleaning R&D Department (successively holding positions as Researcher, Senior Researcher, Technical Manager, and R&D Department Manager). She joined Bloomage Biotech in January 2022, successively serving as Innovation Director of the Synthetic Biology R&D Center, Project Management Director of the Raw Material R&D Center, Executive Committee Member of the Pilot-scale Transformation Platform, and Director of the Operations and Business Center. She completed the establishment of the synthetic biology R&D technology platform and team building, and led the optimization and operation management of the Pilot-scale Transformation Platform. She currently serves as Head of the Product Management Department of the Biologically Active Ingredient Business Line, responsible for the development and launch of biologically active ingredient raw material products, as well as full lifecycle management post-launch.

Ms. Shi holds a postgraduate degree in Microbiology and Biochemical Pharmacy from Shandong University. From July 1995 to February 2003, she served as supervisor of the fermentation department at Shandong Jintai Biotechnology Engineering Co., Ltd.; from February 2003 to March 2012, as supervisor of the technical department at Bloomage Biotech Furuida; from March 2012 to July 2018, as director of the raw material research department at Bloomage Biotech Furuida; from July 2018 to February 2019, as chief engineer of raw material research at Bloomage Biotech Furuida; and from February 2019 to August 2020, as director of raw material research at Bloomage Biotech. She currently serves as a raw material research scientist at the company.

She is a Chinese national with no permanent residence overseas. She graduated from Shandong Normal University in 1987, majoring in Chemistry, and holds the professional title of Engineer. She has won the First Class Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress awarded by Jinan Municipal Science and Technology Commission, the First Class Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress awarded by Lixia District Science and Technology Commission of Jinan, and the Second Class Prize issued by Shandong Light Industry Association. From 1984 to 1988, she worked as a technician at the Research Institute of the Department of Chemistry, Shandong Normal University; from 1989 to 1999, she served as Technical Supervisor of the Technical Department at Jinan Daily Chemical Factory; from 2000 to 2004, she worked as Technical Supervisor of the Technical Department at Shandong Freda Biochemical Co., Ltd. (the former entity of the Company); from 2004 to 2013, she held the posts of Technical Supervisor of the Technical Department and Director of the Research Laboratory at Shandong Freda Bioengineering Co., Ltd. She joined Bloomage Freda Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (the former entity of the Company) in 2013, and successively served as R&D Director for Skincare Products and Head of R&D Studio. Currently, she works as R&D Scientist of Personal Care (renamed to Skin Science Innovation R&D) and Chief Formulator of the Company.

Dr. Zhou holds a Ph.D. from the Microbiology Department, Institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. From December 2014 to January 2022, he worked at Novozymes (China) Investment Co., Ltd., serving as Manager of the Global Home Care & Industrial Equipment Cleaning R&D Department (successively holding positions as Researcher, Senior Researcher, Technical Manager, and R&D Department Manager). He led the research and promotion of more than ten biological enzymes and microbial products for global launch. He joined Bloomage Biotech in January 2022, successively serving as Innovation Director of the Synthetic Biology R&D Center, Project Management Director of the Biologically Active Ingredient R&D Center, Executive Committee Member of the Pilot-scale Transformation Platform, and Director of the Operations and Business Center. He currently serves as Head of the Product Strategy Center Product Management Department, responsible for the full lifecycle management of biological active ingredient products from project initiation through launch and beyond.

Mr. Li holds a master's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from South China Agricultural University. He is a winner of the Second Prize of the Guangdong Province Medical Science and Technology Award and was recognized as an outstanding skilled talent of the Guangzhou Development Zone in 2015. From July 2010 to September 2012, he worked at Promi Green Energy (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. as project leader for R&D; from October 2012 to August 2021, at Guangzhou Chuern Biotechnology Co., Ltd. as director and core technical personnel, holding positions including Manager of Process Technology Department and Manager of Technical Support Department. He joined Bloomage Biotech in September 2021 and currently serves as a senior expert in pharmaceutical and medical device R&D, focusing on protein-based biomedical materials and tissue regeneration and repair medical devices.

Ms. Wang holds a degree in Microbiology and Biochemical Pharmacy from Shandong University and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Biology and Medicine. She is a senior engineer and has received the Golden Bridge Award for Advanced Individuals from the China Technology Market Association, Outstanding Engineer from the Perfume, Fragrance and Cosmetics Industry Association, First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress of the Shandong Light Industry Federation, and Excellent Scientist of Jinan. She holds over 40 granted patents and has published over 30 academic papers. From 2001 to 2006, she served as project leader of the Preparation Department at the Shandong Biopharmaceutical Research Institute; from 2006 to 2011, as project leader of the R&D Department at Shandong Bortan Furida Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. She joined Bloomage Biotech in 2012, successively holding positions as R&D Center Supervisor, Deputy Director, and Director, and currently serves as Scientist in charge of Personal Care R&D (now Skin Science Innovation R&D), responsible for the research and development of functional skin care products.

Ms. Zhao holds a master's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Jilin University. Since 2007, she has led and participated in the application of over 20 national invention patents. She joined Bloomage Biotech in March 2019 and currently serves as head of the clinical research group of the Skin Science Innovation R&D Center, responsible for human clinical efficacy, sensory, and safety research of raw materials and terminal products, as well as the development of relevant clinical testing models and methods.
