(1) Fair and Standardized Employment
The Company adheres to the principle of lawful and equal employment, standardizes employee recruitment and onboarding procedures, continuously improves employment management systems, and clarifies codes of ethical conduct, so as to fully respect and protect human rights and safeguard labor rights and interests. We treat employees fairly and impartially regardless of race, skin color, ethnicity, gender, age, religious belief and cultural background. We strictly prohibit any form of child labor, and forbid forced labor or restriction of personal freedom through violence, threats or illegal means. The Company prohibits corporal punishment, intimidation, harassment, abuse and any form of discrimination against employees.
The Company bans the use of child labor. We have formulated and implemented working management procedures on child labor prohibition and juvenile worker protection, conduct identity and background verification for all employees, and roll out a series of measures to ensure effective management.
The Company prohibits all forms of forced labor and abusive practices, including but not limited to sexual coercion, sexual assault, threats, body searches, abuse, humiliation, exploitation or harassment. We have formulated corresponding management systems to inform employees of their rights and interests and set clear requirements for management personnel. The Company has established complaint channels, with designated departments responsible for investigation, to supervise and improve the quality of management.

In May 2024, the Company officially became a signatory member of the United Nations Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs).
